Turkish figs are highly rippened, enhancing the sugars. It's a very warm, sweet flavour profile and needs a bit of citrus or herb to mellow that sweetness. Add this to a paper plane and enjoy a fig jam twist on this classic cocktail.?

(using .5oz or .75oz per)
